Burned Out, But Not Broken is a workbook I created for people just like you—people who care deeply, give endlessly, and sometimes forget to take up space for their own healing. This is not just a book of exercises. It is a compassionate companion to walk with you through the fog of burnout and back toward yourself. Each page is a soft place to land and a small step forward.
